ACQUISITION BY ALTECH AUTOPAGE CELLULAR PROPRIETARY LIMITED
(“AUTOPAGE”) OF NASHUA MOBILE PROPRIETARY LIMITED’S (“NASHUA
MOBILE”) CELL C SUBSCRIBER BASE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Altron on SENS on
26 May 2014 advising that Autopage, a wholly owned subsidiary of Altron had
entered into a sale agreement with Nashua Mobile whereby Nashua Mobile would
dispose of its Cell C subscriber base, comprising of around 65 000 subscribers to
Autopage for a selling price not exceeding R95.75 million plus VAT (“the
transaction”).
Shareholders are advised that all of the conditions precedent relating to the
transaction have been fulfilled and accordingly the transaction has now become
unconditional.
