ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING LATE PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL
RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2014
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s results for the year ended 30 June
2014 will be published outside the allowed three month period in terms of the JSE
Listings Requirements. The reason for the late publication is due to the directors’
functions within the Company being changed very recently, with Irene Vermaak
becoming a non-executive director and Jason Taylor CA(SA) becoming the new
Financial Director. Although Jason has been involved in the provisional results, he
has needed some time to finalise the disclosure.
The Company’s results for the year ended 30 June 2014 will be released on SENS on
or about 8 October 2014.
