IPSA PLC (AIM: IPSA), the developer, owner and operator
of power generation capacity in Southern Africa,
announces that resolutions 1 to 7 put to shareholders at
the Company's Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held earlier
today were duly passed
Voting on each Resolution was as follows:
Resolution 1: 100 per cent in favour out of the votes
cast being 39,058,122 shares voted in favour out of a
possible total of 107,504,081 shares eligible to vote on
this motion.
Resolution 2: 100 per cent in favour out of the votes
cast being 39,058,122 shares voted in favour out of a
possible total of 107,504,081 shares eligible to vote on
this motion.
Resolution 3: 100 per cent in favour out of the votes
cast being 39,058,122 shares voted in favour out of a
possible total of 107,504,081 shares eligible to vote on
this motion.
Resolution 4: 100 per cent in favour out of the votes
cast being 39,058,122 shares voted in favour out of a
possible total of 107,504,081 shares eligible to vote on
this motion.
Resolution 5: 100 per cent in favour out of the votes
cast being 39,058,122 shares voted in favour out of a
possible total of 107,504,081 shares eligible to vote on
this motion.
Resolution 6: 99.99 per cent in favour out of the votes
cast being 39,058,122 shares voted in favour out of a
possible total of 107,504,081 shares eligible to vote on
this motion.
Resolution 7: 99.99 per cent in favour out of the votes
cast being 39,058,122 shares voted in favour out of a
possible total of 107,504,081 shares eligible to vote on
this motion.
