CHANGE OF ROLE OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
board of directors of Astrapak hereby notifies its shareholders
that, effective 5 October 2014, Mr Thabo Mokgatlha, an Independent
Non-Executive Director was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit
Committee replacing Mr Gunter Steffens also an Independent Non-
Executive Director. Mr Gunter Steffens shall remain a member of
the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Risk Committee.
