RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of Quantum Foods are hereby
advised that Mr Phildon Martin Roux has resigned as a director
of the Company with effect from 7 October 2014, as was
contemplated in the pre-listing statement of the Company dated
18 September 2014.
The board wishes to thank Mr Roux for his valued contribution
during his tenure as a director of the Company.
