RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, in respect of a change to the Board of
Directors (“the Board”), Mr Kamil Abdul Karrim has notified the
Board of his decision to resign as an independent non-executive
director with effect from 31 December 2014.
The Board would like to thank Mr Abdul Karrim for his valuable
contribution and support during his term as Board member.
He also served as a member of the Audit and Risk and Investment
Committees. These committees will remain properly constituted
following Mr Abdul Karrim’s resignation.
