APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Zurich South Africa today announces the appointment of Collin
Molepe to the board of directors (the “Board”) as an executive
director, effective 8 October 2014.
Mr Molepe, who has a wealth of experience in financial services
and strategy implementation, joined Zurich South Africa in May
2013 as Chief Operations Officer.
Dolly Mokgatle, Chairman of the Company’s Board said: “On behalf
of the Board, I congratulate Mr Molepe on his appointment to the
Board. The knowledge and expertise that he brings to this diverse
team will further support the implementation and delivery of our
strategic objectives.”
