Growthpoint and Acucap shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on the Stock
Exchange News Service on 27 August 2014 and are advised that Growthpoint and Acucap remain in
discussions, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which both
Growthpoint’s and Acucap’s securities trade on the JSE.
Accordingly, Growthpoint and Acucap shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
