listings totalling 1,512,614 ordinary shares of US$ 0.10 each in the Company. The shares will be
admitted to the Official List pursuant to the Company’s obligations under the following
schemes:
SABMiller plc Mirror Executive Share Purchase Scheme 723,314 shares
SABMiller plc South African Executive Share Option Plan 2008 789,300 shares
The shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
