In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised as follows:
- further to the announcement released on 30 August 2013, Adilia de Nobrega-Thorold has
now been appointed as permanent Chief Financial Officer of BK One with immediate
effect; and
- Mr Henry van Noort was not re-elected as an independent non-executive director of the
Company at the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders held on 9 October
2014.
