VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING INVESTMENT IN IMPERIAL ORDINARY
SHARES BY LEREKO MOBILITY
Shareholders are referred to the Lereko Black Economic Empowerment
(“BEE”) transaction, concluded in 2005 (“Lereko BEE transaction”).
Shareholders are advised that Lereko Mobility (Proprietary)
Limited (“Lereko”) has increased its investment in Imperial by the acquisition of a further
36 985 Imperial shares on the open market at a price of R169.52 per share.
The shares will be held in addition to 5 886 422 Imperial ordinary shares acquired by Lereko
in terms of the Lereko BEE Transaction.
