CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the following changes to the Board of Rolfes.
Mr Arnold Fourie and Mr Takalani Tshivhase have decided to step down as non-executive directors of
Rolfes as from today. This decision was motivated and encouraged by both the aforementioned
directors as a result of the large number of directors on the Company’s board in relation to the size of
its operations.
Mr Fourie and Mr Tshivhase will remain as shareholders in Rolfes and assure shareholders of their
continued commitment to the Company.
Rolfes wishes to thank Mr Fourie and Mr Tshivhase for their loyalty, commitment and service to the
Board.
