RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 November 2013 and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 29 August 2014, wherein
shareholders were advised that the Company had exited business rescue proceedings.
However until such time as the effects of the roll out of the Business Rescue Plan can be determined by
the Company, and a further announcement is made, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
