SIGNING OF AGREEMENT WITH THE SEKUTLOBYANE LANDOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Shareholders are advised that Great 1 Line Invest (Pty) Ltd (“the company”), a subsidiary of Sable has
signed a shareholder’s agreement (“the agreement”) with the Sekutlobyane Landowners Association on
Saturday, 11 October 2014.
The prospecting right with bulk sampling rights for Vanadium on Portion 3 of the Farm Uitvalgrond,
North West has become unconditional at the Department of Mineral Resources with the signing of this
agreement.
Sable is currently in the process of finalising the terms of delivery of the bulk sample for metallurgical
testing. The successful conclusion of the metallurgical testing on the bulk sample will likely lead to a
long-term ore supply contract.
