CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Ms Morongwe Malebye has resigned as non-executive
director from the board with effect from 15 October 2014.
The Company wishes Ms Malebye well in her future endeavors and
also thanks her for her valuable contribution during her tenure
with Jasco.
