CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that with effect from 14 October 2014, Ms Mpho Mokgatlhe has been appointed
as an independent non-executive director to the board of directors of Sable (“the board”) and as
Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Mpho is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Hons BCompt degree from the University of South
Africa. Mpho is currently the Commercial Project Manager at Siemens and has previously held the
positions of Business Development Analyst and Senior Accountant at Anglo Platinum and Senior
Advisor Financial Planning and Performance at Eskom.
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Mpho to the board.
