CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Linked unitholders are advised of the following changes to the board of directors of Delta (“Delta Board”):
- Mr Karl Schmidt had advised that he would be retiring from the Delta Board and subsequently at the
annual general meeting of Delta held on 2 October 2014 he did not stand for re-election. Mr Schmidt
retired as an independent non-executive director of Delta with effect from the date of the annual
general meeting; and
- Ms Ipeleng Mkhari has resigned as a non-executive director of the Delta Board with immediate effect.
The Delta board wishes to thank both Mr Schmidt and Ms Mkhari for their valuable contributions to Delta.
Linked unitholders are further advised that Delta is currently in the process of finalising suitable independent
appointments to the Delta Board.
