SECURITISATION 1
Nyati Securitisation 1 announces that Global Credit Rating
Co(“GCR”) has, on 17 October 2014, affirmed the A(ZA)(sf) and BBB
(ZA)(sf)national scale ratings assigned to the Class A and Class
B Notes respectively. The rating outlook has been changed to
negative from stable in accordance with GCR’s view of the
unsecured lending market.
