Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 22 September 2014 in which,
shareholders were advised that the company has been in discussions with a strategic investment
partner regarding the recapitalisation of the business.
Shareholders are advised that the due diligence process in relation to the proposed
recapitalisation of the business has now been completed and the respective parties are in the
process of obtaining the necessary final internal approvals for the transaction.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
