INTEREST RATE RESETS: BAW12 and BAW13
Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 17 October 2014 is 6.075% p.a. (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 19 January 2015 (*Modified Following), for the
period 17 October 2014 to 18 January 2015, will be calculated based on the following rates:
BAW12 7.345% p.a. (127bps over JIBAR)
BAW13 7.625% p.a. (155bps over JIBAR)
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date
shall be postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the
weekend or public holiday falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the
weekend or public holiday will be used instead.
Next reset date: 19 January 2015.
