DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released
on 20 October 2014 wherein the Company announced that it had
received notification in accordance with section 122 (3)(b)
of the Companies Act No.71 of 2008, as amended, that Barclays
PLC acting on behalf ABSA Portfolio Managers Proprietary
Limited (“ABSA Portfolio Managers”) had acquired an interest
in the securities of the Company amounting to 5.60% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has subsequently been advised by ABSA Portfolio
Managers that the notification was sent in error and that
ABSA Portfolio Managers does not hold in excess of 5% of the
total issued share capital of the Company.
