DIRECTOR’S DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY
Shareholders are referred to the previous SENS announcement released on 24 October 2014 relating
to the Specific Issue of Shares to Jason Kinnear, a director of a major subsidiary. Shareholders are
advised that the shares have now been issued to Jason Kinnear. Although the issue of shares has
taken place during a closed period, the subscription agreement for this issue of shares was signed by
the Company and Jason Kinnear prior to the closed period. The issue price for these shares was
determined as the 30 day Volume Weighted Average Price (“VWAP”) as at the signature date of the
subscription agreement being 8 September 2014, which was 94 cents per share.
In terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information relating to a director’s dealings in the company’s securities, is disclosed:
