CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Metmar shareholders are advised that, after evaluating all her commitments, board positions
and activities, Adv. KD Moroka has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the
Board of Directors (“Board”) and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Metmar with
immediate effect.
The Board and the management of Metmar would like to thank Adv. Moroka for her valued
contribution as a member of the Board and the Audit and Risk Committee.
