TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the current reporting period will be more than 20% different
than that of the previous corresponding period or a profit forecast previously
provided for such period.
In light of the above, Ingenuity expects to announce for the year ended 31
August 2014, headline earnings per share of between 3.8 cents and 4.6 cents
(2013: 2 cents) which is an increase of between 100% and 120% over the
corresponding year ended 31 August 2013.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s
auditors and the company’s results for the year ended 31 August 2014 are
expected to be published on or about 4 November 2014.
