RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors wishes to advise shareholders that Barry
Smith has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 30 October 2014. Mr Smith has been a Board
Member since March 2011 and a member of the Social and Ethics
Committee since August 2012.
The Board and management of the Company thank Mr Smith for his
valuable contribution to the Board and the Social and Ethics
Committee and wish him the very best in his retirement.
