REQUISITION FOR A GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
The Company has received a requisition from three shareholders holding 10%
of the shares of the company, requesting a general meeting to consider the
removal of the entire existing board and the proposed election of certain
persons nominated by the requisitionists.
The board has resolved in the interest of certainty and transparency to
convene a meeting of shareholders which is likely to occur in the first
half of December. A further announcement will be made when the dates have
been finalised.
