RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Chemspec
wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr R.D. Simpson, as an
executive director of Chemspec with effect from 30 November 2014. Mr
Simpson will be taking early retirement to pursue personal interests.
The Chemspec board of directors wish to extend their appreciation to Mr
Simpson for his significant contribution to the Company over the last six
years and wish him well for the future.
