RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the notice of general meeting of the company’s shareholders set out in the
announcement published on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) website and the Stock Exchange
News Services on 1 October 2014 and are advised that all the resolutions proposed at the special
general meeting of the company’s shareholders held today at the company’s registered office,
Williams House, 3rd Floor, 20 Reid Street, Hamilton, HM11, Bermuda were approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
The company has a primary listing on the BSX and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of
the JSE.
