RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) website and the
Stock Exchange News Services on 13 October 2014 and are advised that all the resolutions proposed at the special
general meeting of the company’s shareholders held today at Kingsway House, Havilland Street, St Peter Port,
Guernsey, GY1 2QE, Channel Islands were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The company has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Alternative
Exchange of the JSE and is in the process of changing its name to Stenprop Limited on both exchanges.
