Further to the cautionary announcement released on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited and on the website of the
Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 19 September 2014, shareholders are
advised that Brait is still in negotiations which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.

The Company’s primary listing is on the Euro MTF market of the
Luxembourg Stock Exchange and its secondary listing is on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
