Posting of Cashbuild`s integrated annual report and annual general meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised as follows:
Integrated annual report
Further to Cashbuild`s audited annual results for the year ended 30 June 2014, released on
SENS on 2 September 2014, the integrated annual report was posted on Friday 31 October
2014. The integrated annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
audited annual results.
Due to the ongoing postal strike, delays may be experienced in the receipt of the integrated
annual report. Shareholders can contact Elna Munro at 011 248 1611 or
emunro@cashbuild.co.za to request an electronic version of the integrated annual report
which incorporates the notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy. In addition, the
integrated annual report, including the notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy, is
also available on the Company’s website, www.cashbuild.co.za.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Cashbuild will be held at 10h00 on Monday, 1
December 2014 in the Cashbuild Boardroom, corner Northern Parkway and Crownwood
Roads, Ormonde, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual
general meeting forming part of the integrated annual report.
The record date in terms of section 59 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, for shareholders
to be recorded on the shareholders’ register of the company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 21 November 2014.
