Shareholders are referred to the detailed cautionary announcement dated
31 October 2014 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding in terms of a
development agreement for Reebokfontein Village.
The formal development agreement needs to be finalised and accordingly
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing in their shares
until full announcement in respect of the transaction is made.
