CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that independent non-executive director, Lebo Masekela, has resigned from the board of
Attacq and as chairperson of the Transformation, Social and Ethics Committee and as a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee with effect from 30 November 2014.
The board thanks Mr Masekela for his contribution to the company during his period of service and wishes him well
in his future endeavours.
The appointment of the new chairperson for the Transformation, Social and Ethics Committee and a further
independent non-executive director as a member Audit and Risk Committee will be announced in due course.
