CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
board of directors of Compu-Clearing (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr
Johan Du Preez will be retiring as an Executive Director from the Board and from the Group.
Johan has been with the Group for 29 years and has played an integral role in the growth of
the Group. He has also served as both Group and operational company CEO. The Board
would like to thank Johan for his tireless efforts and dedication over the years.
Johan will be leaving the Group at the end of December 2014.
