DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 25 February
2014 in terms of which shareholders were advised of the intention
of Mr. Richard Buttle to resign as Chief Financial Officer with
effect from 31 October 2014.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Mr. Buttle’s resignation
from the board of Directors has been effected on 31 October 2014. The
Board would like to thank Richard for his considerable contribution
to the group over the past 8 years and during his handover period,
and wish him well in the future.
