LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 5 November 2014, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R86.404 per additional
AfricaPalladium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 997.517 fine troy
ounces of Palladium bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 69,600,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 695,376.035 fine troy ounces of Palladium bullion.
