RESIGNATION TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Metair
shareholders are advised that Ms Aziza Galiel has resigned as an independent
non-executive director of the Company with effect from 5 November 2014.
Metair thanks Ms Galiel for the contribution that she has made to the Company over
the past 6 years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
