Further to the announcement released on SENS on 28 October 2014 and using the terms defined therein
unless otherwise stated, shareholders are hereby advised that all the conditions to Closing have been
fulfilled with effect from 5 November 2014 and accordingly, the Acquisition has taken retrospective effect
from 1 September 2014.
