In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,
2011,shareholders are advised that on the 7 November 2014, Lewis Group
Limited became aware of the following:
- A disposal by Sanlam Investment Management (“Sanlam”) of shares (acting
as an agent on behalf of their clients), such that Sanlam’s total
interest in the company has decreased to 4.76% of the issued capital of
the company.
