DISCLOSURE OF THE ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN TERMS OF
SECTION 122
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No.
71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification
that:
- AfrAsia Special Opportunities Fund has acquired a
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company, such that its total interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company amounts to 6.5% of the total issued
share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies
Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
