REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the 11th (eleventh) annual general meeting ("AGM") of participatory interest (PI) holders held
yesterday, 13 November 2014, all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at
the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes. In this regard, Emira confirms the
voting statistics from the AGM as follows:
