RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Mr Colin Steyn, who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in
September 2001, has retired with effect from the close of business on 18 November 2014.
During his distinguishable tenure on the Board, he served on several Board Committees
including the Audit Committee which he chaired up until 12 November 2013.
The Growthpoint Board extends its gratitude to Mr Steyn for his invaluable contribution and
unwavering support to the Company over the past 13 years.
