CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PRICE AND
CONFIRMATION OF FINALISATION INFORMATION
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 14 November 2014 regarding the final cash dividend of
38.14000 cents per share for the six months ended 31 August 2014 in which shareholders were provided with the
election to re-invest the cash dividend in return for Redefine shares.
Shareholders are advised that entitlement ratio of new shares issued per 100 shares held by non-resident shareholders
subject to dividend tax at 15% of 3.38411 reflected in the prior announcement was incorrect. Instead, shareholders are
advised that entitlement ratio of new shares issued per 100 shares held by non-resident shareholders subject to
dividend tax at 15% is 3.41253.
The information relating to South African resident shareholders exempt from dividend tax remains the same.
