LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPlatinum debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 20 November 2014, issued an additional 300,000
AfricaPlatinum debentures at an approximate issue price of R133.82 per additional
AfricaPlatinum debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 2,993.587 fine
troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
After the additional issue, there will be 8,300,000 AfricaPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 82,883.318 fine troy ounces of Platinum bullion.
