NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF INTEREST
Following Zeder’s successful implementation of the Agri
Voedsel scheme of arrangement, PSG Group Limited, through its
wholly owned subsidiary PSG Financial Services Limited
(“PSG”)’s, interest in Zeder diluted to 29.1%.
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received a formal
notification in the prescribed form that PSG, in accordance
with its previously stated intent, has acquired a further
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such that the
total interest held by PSG now amounts to 33.9% of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
