CHANGES TO THE COMPANY’S REMUNERATION COMMITTEE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, and to enhance good corporate governance in
line with the principles of the King Code on Corporate
Governance for South Africa, shareholders of the Company are
hereby advised of the following changes to the Company’s
Remuneration Committee with effect from 18 November 2014:
Mr Jacques Groenewald (“Mr Groenewald”) has resigned from the
Company’s Remuneration Committee. Mr Groenewald will, however,
continue to serve as a director on the Company’s board of
directors.
Mr Chris Bull and Mr Stephen Roper have been appointed to the
Company’s Remuneration Committee.
