CHANGE IN DIRECTORS’ FUNCTIONS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that following the establishment of the Acquisitions
Committee by the board of directors of Adcock Ingram, in
accordance with the Company’s memorandum of incorporation
and the Board Charter, the following directors will serve
as its members with immediate effect:
Messrs Brian Joffe; Clifford Raphiri; Roshan Morar;
Lindsay Ralphs; and Michael Sacks.
Messrs Andrew Hall and Kevin Wakeford will serve on the
Acquisitions Committee as permanent invitees.
