Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements
The JSE refers to the announcement dated 14 April 2014 regarding amendments to the JSE Debt
Listings Requirements (the “Debt Requirements”).
The new Service Issue of the Debt Requirements will be prepared in conjunction with the publishers
of the Debt Requirements, being LexisNexis, and will be released in due course to subscribers.
Pursuant to Board Notice 138 of 2014 as published in the Government Gazette No.38224, the
effective date of the amendments to the Debt Requirements will be 22 December 2014.
The final marked-up amendments to the Debt Requirements will be available on the JSE’s website:
