Shareholders are advised that Coronation’s Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 September 2014, have been
released today and will be available in the shareholder
information section of the Company’s website
www.coronation.com within an hour of this release. These
statements contain no modifications to the Company’s reviewed
preliminary condensed results for the year ended 30 September
2014, which were released on the Stock Exchange News Service
(“SENS”) on 11 November 2014.
The Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the notice of
Annual General Meeting, will be available on the Company’s
website and distributed to shareholders on or about 11
December 2014. Notice of the Annual General Meeting will be
released on SENS on the distribution date.
