Shareholders are advised that Basil Read expects its earnings
per share and headline earnings per share for the year ending
31 December 2014 to be a minimum of 20% lower compared to the
previously reported corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is
based has not been reviewed or reported on by Basil Read’s
auditors.
The group’s annual results for the year ending 31 December
2014 will be published on or about 27 March 2015.
